Absolutely not! You only need an internet connection and a web browser. Ayoursystem works on all platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac OS…) and all web browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari…).
You can create your account directly from our website. Simply go to the order page, select the package that suits the size of your agency, and click the “Order” button. You’ll need to enter your personal and business information, and then you’ll receive an email with payment details. Your account will be activated once your payment is confirmed. The prices listed on our website are the only fees you’ll need to pay—setting up your account is free.
We will notify you before your account expires. If you choose, we will send you the necessary banking information to complete your renewal payment. Your account will be extended as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Please note that Ayoursystem is offered as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution. This means you pay for usage rather than development, using shared resources while having access only to your private database. We have chosen this structure to reduce subscription costs, streamline and speed up application use, and ensure all our clients benefit from updates simultaneously, free of charge and completely transparently.

NO, each client has an isolated space on the server, ensuring better security and protection of your data.
Each time you log in, you must authenticate with a unique username and password using a secure, encrypted connection via an SSL certificate. This method of connection is similar to what is used on banking and e-commerce sites for online payments. Your password is sent to you alone via email.
We use a secure SSL connection for accessing your Ayoursystem account, connecting you via “HTTPS://” instead of an unsecured “HTTP://”. SSL stands for “Secure Socket Layer,” a security protocol that ensures the confidentiality of your communications over the internet. We employ 128-bit SSL encryption, which guarantees that data transmitted between your client computer and the web application server remains confidential and secure, even if intercepted.
Your password is stored with your Ayoursystem account data. You are responsible for any actions taken using your username and password. Therefore, we recommend that you never share your login password with anyone. Sharing your password could lead to significant loss of control over your personal information. If you suspect that your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change it.
